3rd Grade Religion - We will be finishing Chapter 12 and praying the Rosary this week in Religion. There will be one more Religion Test (chapter 12) before the end of the school year .(study guide coming)

3rd grade Social Studies - We have finished the social studies book and will have the last test tomorrow (Tuesday). We have been studying the study guide for several class times. We will be working on the states and geography worksheets for the remainder of the year.

3rd Grade Science- We will have a test on Energy on Thursday. After that we will continue in our books with the Chapter on sound.

3rd Grade Religion

We finished our study of the Good Shepherd , 23rd Psalm, David and Prodigal Son. I have taken pictures of each student dress as the Good Shepherd I will share these with you soon. Test to Be announced .

3rd Grade Social Studies We are almost finished with the Social Studies book . We have one more Chapter left. In Chapter 12 we will learn about local government . We will end the year learning more about the states, reading maps and the presidents in order.

3rd Grade Science- We will have a Science test on Friday . This test is a combination of chapters 10 and 11 -See the study guide given to the children on states of matter.

3rd Grade Religion

In Religion Class 3 rd grade just finished Chapter 10 the test was yesterday. We Gather For Mass. We learned the major parts of the Mass. and studied the story of the walk to Emmaus found in Luke chapter 24. The students learned how Jesus laid out the parts of the Mass in this story and how we need to recognize Jesus in our Mass.

We will be beginning Chapter 11 today We Serve Others . We we learn about Augustus Tolton -Americas first Black Priest and St. Philip . We will also discuss missionaries and the work they do around the world.

3rd Grade Social Studies

We Are learning about using resources and how producers use natural resources to produce goods. We are finishing the Chapter today and have been practicing note taking as we compile our Study guide for the chapter . The test will be week Tuesday.

3rd Grade Science

The Science Chapter is also on Natural Resources and the test is today March 6th
