About Me

Hi!  I teach Honors Chemistry and AP Chemistry at South Paulding High School in Douglasville, GA.  I have a PhD of Science in Biochemistry and a PhD in the Art of Teaching Chemistry degrees from Kennesaw State University.  In addition I have an Education Specialist in Teacher Leadership degree from Peedmont College.  I was a Physical Master Teaching Fellow in the KSU I-IMPACT program.  This programs sought to improve physical and nutritional teaching while simultaneously mentoring and empowering both physical and mental strengths among the students.  I hold Chemistry and Nutritional certification as well as have the Gifted In-Field and Teacher Leader Reinforcements.  I currently teach Physical Education, Karate, and Chemistry.  I am also the coordinator for the steam program for our school's train.  I  have three sons, Kaden (16), Kason (9), and Kolson (4) and they all love anime, just like me!
