Address
The meeting will be held at APL Building 200 which hosts the Space Exploration Sector. The building address is 11101 Johns Hopkins Rd, Laurel, MD 20723.
Parking
The Space Sector is in Bldg 200, which is across the road from the main APL campus. See above annotated map. They’re currently building a new building in front of ours, so parking is slightly painful. The green trace shows your path coming out of Rt 29 if you’re going south. As you enter the driveway, there will be some visitor parking spots which you can feel free to take. But if not, follow the road further to a big parking lot behind the construction lot.
Badging
Once you enter the building lobby, please see the visitor control personnel at the counter who will issue a badge for you.
Green Card Holders: Please, take your Green Card with you.
Foreign Nationals: Please, take you passport with you.
Rooms
The meeting room (E100) is outside of the security perimeter just to the right of the entrance to the building. We have also reserved another room, E273 on the 2nd floor, which maybe more convenient for splinters and work studies Thursday and Friday.
