INSTRUCTIONS

• Sign into Google Account and refresh this page by clicking here
• Open Unofficial CCSD ATA Maternity Leave App
• Select File, Make a Copy to save results to your Google Sheets
• Use either NO Sick Leave or Sick Leave tab at bottom
• Enter dates in four (4) yellow fields
• Select export to send date & description to your Google Calendar
