**Physical forms must be turned in by ALL players hoping to play Soccer. Even if they played a fall or winter sport.**
**Physicals must be turned in over 24 hours before the 1st day of tryouts or the athlete may NOT tryout!!**
- PIAA Physical Packet: For all players who did NOT play a fall or winter school sport (requires a doctor)
- Re-Certification Sports Packet: For all players who already played a school fall or winter sport (does not require a doctor again)

Pay to Play is $50.
This is mandatory unless your player is "free/reduced" lunch eligible. Please have your player mention to a coach in private, or feel free to email a coach, if this is the case.
Preferred payment in this order:
1. Pay online: https://www.ezschoolpay.com/ (parent/guardian should email coaches letting us know if you used this method)
2. Checks made out to PASD - with the player name on the memo line
3. Cash in an envelope with the player's first and last name
