Welcome to Moss Pointe Subdivision! Located just south of Caldwell Boulevard, west of Middleton Road, near the west border of Nampa City, in Canyon County, Idaho. We are  glad you’re a part of our friendly, active, and family orientated neighborhood!  

Moss Pointe Subdivision, established in 1998, began with 151 preliminary lots. Phase I-57 lots completed in 2000, phase II-44 lots completed in 2002, phase III-52 lots completed in 2004.
