Indian Health Services

Post date: Oct 6, 2015 12:09:26 AM

This past Friday (10/2), we had the pleasure of having Crosby Tindal, Axel Vazquez, Phuong Lam, and Pam Jahnke share their IPPE and internship experiences with the Indian Health Services (IHS) this past summer. We hope the presentation provided some insight into Native American culture and history, what IHS is, what our speakers did during their IPPE/internship, and what the role of an IHS pharmacist is. Slides from the presentation can be found here. Thanks to our speakers and everyone who attended!
