Guidelines

The following abbreviated guidelines are strongly encouraged and were compiled from extensive feedback submitted by our women riders to ensure a safe an enjoyable ride for all!

Riding Gear

• Helmet
• Protective outerwear (jacket and pants)
• Over the ankle boots
• Gloves

Meeting spots

• Close to the freeway and easy to direct newcomers
• At a gas station with conveniences eg. clean bathroom; snacks/breakfast if early morning ride
• Easy to get in and out for a group of riders
• Riders can park so that they are in a visible location from the street

Be prepared

• Arrive on time; a few minutes early is better
• Full tank of gas
• Check your air pressure
• Know the hand signals
• Have a riders meeting
• Ride at your own pace
