The focus was on small-business Internet-based entrepreneurs used motivation and creativity to develop innovations for their businesses. Motivation was the major theme in the dissertation.

Where - All resources and information listed in this guide were acquired using the Internet, visiting a local public and university libraries, using a software database, or by reading a book from my personal library. All listed resources provided in this guide have one or more types of contact for the reader to select. These contacts types include email, telephone, fax, website address, and or mailing address.

Why - This research guide is being made available to help researcher's reduce the amount of time spent researching the topic of motivation and improve the accuracy of research results.
