Missouri Section of Project NExT

Our Spring 2018 meeting is Friday, April 6 at Drury University in Springfield.

The Missouri Section NExT (New Experiences in Teaching) is a program of the Missouri Section of the Mathematical Association of America (MAA) for new faculty in the mathematical sciences who are interested in improving the teaching and learning of undergraduate mathematics. The project aims to facilitate the professional development and integration into the profession of new mathematicians in Missouri through a series of workshops and communication. Fellows are assigned a senior faculty mentor from a different institution and are invited to attend semi annual professional development workshops, which are only open to fellows and their mentors.

The Missouri Section of Project NExT is co-directed by:

Samuel Chamberlin, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, Park University.
