Supporting MEC
With the involvement and support of MEC parents, the PTA is able to partner with the MEC in filling the financial gaps to ensure that all students have a well-rounded and engaging learning experience during their few short years here. The list below highlights how we are continually able to contribute and support our students thanks to the wonderful parents, teachers, and staff of MEC!
School Morale:
The PTA provides students, teachers, and staff with gifts throughout the year for different events and celebrations, including Halloween and Teacher Appreciation Week.
Classroom Funds:
This includes books, learning materials, technology and field trips.
Capital Improvements:
This includes technology, music, and fitness program equipment, and outdoor area improvements. Most recently we were able to support the purchase of sensory tables.
Library Fund:
Books and learning aids for your children are added and updated every year.
