Councilman Dan Panico will update the community on new, pending and ongoing development proposals on the horizon for the Moriches Bay area.
The undeveloped 18 acre parcel on the north west corner of Frowein Rd. and Moriches Middle Island Road and the 19.8 acres directly across Montauk Highway to the south are two parcels that will be discussed.
The owner will be attending to make a presentation of his proposal to be brought forward to the town.
