How to Join

Email us at momclubfnw@gmail.com with your address to confirm you live within the boundaries. Our membership VP will send you a calendar of upcoming events you can attend to meet members of the club.

Attend 1 or 2 events. Meet wonderful and welcoming moms.

Fill out the MOMS Club Membership Form.

Pay the $25 per year registration fee: You can pay your membership dues through Zelle by sending $25 to momclubfnw@gmail.com or through PayPal: http://paypal.me/MomsClubHFNW. If you use PayPal please select “paying a friend” option. If the dues present a financial difficulty for you, please let us know. No mom will be denied membership because of financial hardship.

Once we receive your completed form and membership dues, we’ll send you the full calendar, newsletter, and add you to the playgroup(s) email list.
