CS 310 Database Systems

Course Learning Outcomes:

• 1. Describe the concepts of Relational Databases.

  2. Design a database using entity relationship models.

  3. Write SQL statements using the different languages of a DBMS.

  4. Create a database using Tables, Relationships and Queries.

  5. Appraise Database Security, Integrity, Concurrency and Recovery.

  6. Use database tools.
