This subject introduces the student the rules and standards governing the conduct of engineers in their roles of professional. Rights of engineers regard the issues or conflicts with the rights of employers and clients to ensure the safety and health environment. Contemporary and sustainability issues will be enlighten in a way to become professional engineers.

This course is prepared for professional knowledge on energy efficiency field in Malaysia context. Material encountered in the subject includes: Tariff structure and cost rate charge to resident, commercial and industrial consumers, Energy Audit, Economic Management System for Electrical Energy Project, Sustainable Energy Management System, Measurement & Verification protocol and Renewable Energy. The course uses examples from current energy project, energy research and system development.
