1) During my breakfast/lunch/dinner breaks watch these videos: Sales training videos . Start doing this 2-26-2019
2) Master the SEO cold calling script you sent me by 2/28/2020 .
3) Get adept at handling the most common objections for doctor/lawyer/dentist SEO by 3/15/2020
4) Read up on doctor/lawyer/dentist SEO by reading articles on competitor websites by 3-15-2020
5) Buy the device to record my phone calls and get feedback from you and try to fix things on my own as well by 3-30-2020
6) Read the book in my library called "Be Your Own Sales Manager: Strategies And Tactics For Managing Your Accounts, Your Territory, And Yourself" (see: https://www.amazon.com/Your-Own-Sales-Manager-Strategies/dp/0671761757 ). Do this by 4-15-2020
7) Since there is a significant correlation between mentally tough salesmen who can cold call and achieve high performance (salesmen with high levels of commitment and confidence, see: Mental toughness and effective sales people - study ) , I am going to do some additional studying on the premier mental toughness program MTQ48 model (see: MTQ48 mental toughness model ). In addition, during my meal breaks I may review these resources: Resiliency, tough experiences and overcoming obstacles. Do this by 3-15-2020
8) I am going to be your #1 salesman with consistent performance. Do this by 4-1-2020.
9) If I get the green light to recruit a small team of salesmen under me, I am going to read the book in my library called "The Recruiter's Almanac of Scripts, Rebuttals and Closes 2nd Edition" (see: https://www.amazon.com/Recruiters-Almanac-Scripts-Rebuttals-Closes/dp/0962614777 ) plus I am going to read the books "Recruiting 101: The Fundamentals of Being a Great Recruiter" and "Billing Power! The Recruiter's Guide to Peak Performance" and then recruit a mean, lean SEO and web marketing selling team that is mentally tough and who are "sales wolves" (see: Key to building a mentally tough sales team )
I am going to screen sales people for mental toughness and call reluctance using some standardized tests for mental toughness and call reluctantance so I don't waste time trying to turn turkeys into eagles.

If I feel someone has fire in their belly and potential, but fails a mental toughness test, I will allow someone to take a test over studying mental toughness material that I will require them to read.
If I have a salesperson who has sales call reluctance and wants to get over it, I will have them purchase the book The Psychology of Sales Call Reluctance: Earning What You're Worth in Sales
I am going to lead by example too since that is the best way to lead so I will always have a hand in doing SEO and web marketing sales. I also have a bachelors degree in management. Do this by 6-1-2020. (or at the latest by 8-1-2019).
Since I don't want to bump into my own sales people, I will consider having them sell in recession proof industries such as information technology businesses, health and senior services industries, tax/accounting firms, funeral homes, waste disposal companies, real estate renovators and flippers (we have a great letter of reference on how to dominate a geographic area from Mike Lopez and your California real estate flipper guy) and possibly car repair businesses (see: Best Recession-Proof Businesses for Risk Averse Entrepreneurs and Industries that thrive in a recession - Investopedia).

After all is said and done, I want to have mean, lean, web marketing selling machine/team!
10) I am going to take some online SEO and web marketing classes because I love web marketing and want to help Christian ministries with this matter (See: SEO courses and Online digital marketing courses and Free SEO courses and Free online web marketing courses) . It will make me a better SEO and web marketing salesman and sales manager since product knowledge is very helpful in sales. Do this by 6-1-2021.
Summary:
I love sales. I love recruiting. I love web marketing. I went to school for management. I might as well be one of the top SEO sales managers in the world! I think this is a win-win situation James because you are a great SEO and web marketer and a great sales person and those skills sets are huge and take time to maintain, so I think having a sales person who can manage themselves plus I small team under him, would be very helpful for your business.
