- Review of documents, including but not limited to contracts and title/municipal searches;
- Contract and other negotiations;
- Utility transfers (electric, natural gas, oil, propane );
- Escrow/occupancy agreements;
- Additional documents** (i.e. QC deed, POA, note, etc.) - available for an additional charge;
- Subordination requests - available for an additional charge;
- 1099 reporting***;
- Check writing;
- Detailed closing instruction review/compliance;
- Review of sale documents and coordinate with seller attorney;
- Wire confirmation;
- Attendance closing;
