His early schooling was at Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour in Lebanon and later at Lycée Blomet (École Normale Catholique, ENC) in France.

He holds:

• A "Diplôme National du Brevet des Collèges" (equivalent to a Junior High School Diploma in the US or a General Certificate of Secondary Education in the UK).

• A "Baccalauréat Général" (equivalent to a Senior High School Diploma in the US or A-levels in the UK), Economics and Social Science stream with a specialty in Mathematics.

He holds:

• A "Diplôme d'Études Universitaires Générales" (DEUG) in Political Science from Université Vincennes-Saint-Denis Paris VIII. The DEUG is generally considered equivalent to an Associate's Degree in the United States and a Diploma of Higher Education in the United Kingdom. Before this, he spent a year at Institut Catholique de Paris (ICP), attending its preparatory program ("prépa" or "classe préparatoire") for entrance to Institutes of Political Studies (IEP or Sciences Po). During this time, he followed courses equivalent to the first year of DEUG in History. The dean of ICP was then Professor Joseph Maila, a prominent academic in geopolitics and interreligious relations. Notable classmates included:

  • Gérald Darmanin, who later served as Minister of Public Action and Accounts, then as Minister of the Interior and for Overseas Territories in France and then as Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals.

  • Princess Fawzia Latifa Fouad, the daughter of Fouad II, the last King of Egypt.

• A "Licence" (equivalent to a Bachelor of Arts) in Political Science from Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II.

• A Master of Arts in Diplomacy, an executive program in Geopolitics, Law, and International Economy, from École Diplomatique Internationale de Paris (EDIP). This program was part of the EBS Paris Group (European Business School Paris) and later merged into HEIP (École des Hautes Études Internationales et Politiques) and CEDS (Centre d’Études Diplomatiques et Stratégiques). It was organized in collaboration with:

  • Académie Internationale de Géopolitique, led by Professor Jacques Soppelsa.

  • Centre de Politique Internationale de la Sorbonne (CPIS), led by Professor Charles Zorgbibe.

These two institutions, Académie Internationale de Géopolitique and CPIS, are affiliated with Université Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris I.

His classmates included Samedy Sivathana (former Cambodian Under Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Youths and Sports and former Ambassador of Cambodia to France) and Edith Itoua (Ambassador of the Republic of Congo to Germany).

• A Master in Global Management, covering Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and International Trade, from European Business School (EBS Paris).

• A Research & Professional Master in Law, Economics, and Management (now Research & Professional Master in European & International Law), International Studies, with a specialization in Diplomacy and Strategic Negotiations from Université Paris-Sud Paris XI (now Université Paris-Saclay), ranked #12 worldwide in the 2024 Academic Ranking of World Universities of Shanghai Ranking Consultancy. His thesis, supervised by Professor Sélim el-Sayegh (current Member of Parliament in Lebanon and former Minister of Social Affairs), focused on the Sunni fundamentalist threat in Lebanon.

• The TRIUM Global Executive MBA (Master of Business Administration), ranked #1 worldwide in the Financial Times Executive MBA ranking at the time of his enrolling, from Leonard N. Stern School of Business (New York University NYU), the London School of Economics and Political Science LSE (University of London) and, école des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris HEC Paris School of Management.

He is preparing:

• A PhD or Doctor of Philosophy degree in Political Science. Hosting Team / Research Laboratory: Centre d’Etudes et de Recherche sur la Diplomatie, l’Administration Publique et le Politique (CERDAP²), the Center for Studies and Research on Diplomacy, Public Administration and Politics. Double institutional tutelage: Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) and the Grenoble's Institute of Political Studies (IEP or Sciences Po Grenoble). Doctoral Schools: the ED SJ – Legal Sciences Doctoral School and the ED SHPT – Human, Political and Territorial Sciences Doctoral School. His thesis, supervised by Professor Tawfik Bourgou (Lecturer in Political Science, Authorized to Direct Research, Director of the CEPIA - the Center for the Study of American Politics and Institutions - and Scientific Advisor/Academic within CF2R, the French Center for Intelligence Research) will examine how Lebanon lost its sovereignty between 1984–1986 following the assassination of Bachir Gemayel and the sabotage of the agreement with Israel.

- Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org, a fundamental level of product ownership, proving an intermediate understanding of the Scrum framework and how to apply it to maximize the value delivered with a product; as well as an understanding of how to maximize return on investment and optimize the total cost of ownership of products and systems. 

- Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, a fundamental level of Scrum mastery, including the concepts of applying Scrum, and proven an understanding of Scrum as described in the Scrum Guide; as well as a consistent use of terminology and approach to Scrum.

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from JM6S (Mr Jean-Marc Clofullia) - a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt & International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) Accredited Training Associate - and FITEC.  

- Directing an Engineering Project Management Office from FITEC.  

While he registered in a PhD program in Economy at École des hautes études en sciences sociales EHESS with a thesis on the Energy cooperation with Latin America and the Persian Gulf as support to the Russian foreign policy, with Professor Jacques Sapir as thesis director, he could not finalise his thesis as he started his career as Equity Research Analyst at the MENA Hedge Fund of Evolvence.

He has then been creating, structuring, financing, implementing and leading projects in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors for:

• Bluegreen (Bucherer): energy & mining projects in Africa, the Middle East and the Central Asia

• Jindal Drilling & Industries: energy projects in the Middle East

• Bolloré Transport & Logistics: port projects in the Middle East

• Boost: energy and agriculture projects in France, Africa, and the Middle East

• Advisor to Lebanon’s Minister of Economy & Trade

• Consultant for PNB Banka (banking) in Latvia and the United Kingdom
