This session provides a deeper understanding of our experience of stress. It examines the degree to which stress is increased by (1) living out of alignment with who we are at our core, (2) thinking Below the Line, (3) listening to our saboteurs, and (4) experiencing Thought Circles. Participants consider how stress often results from their perception of reality and nine strategies for reducing unhealthy stress.

Paul Bernabei is founder and director of Top 20 Training that provides seminars, retreats and materials to empower youth and adults to develop their potential.
