“The Lord Is My Light”- Equipped By The Source - Sectional

Building off the keynote address, Attendees will spend time in God’s Word and discussion on how the truth that “The Lord Is My Light” equips us to reflect that light in our ministries as educators and lives as Children of God Most High. Designed to be an informal sharing exercise where attendees can learn from each other, this sectional will prayerfully give some practical encouragement for both in and outside the classroom.

Pastor John Boggs serves as pastor at Divine Savior in West Palm Beach, FL. He has also served as a home missionary in Mobile, AL, and at three Lutheran High Schools (LPS, MLS, WLA). He serves as the chairman of the WELS Commission on Discipleship, as a member of the WELS International Youth Rally Planning Cmte, and as circuit pastor of the Gold Coast Circuit. John is married to Julia (nee Braun) and they are blessed with four children: Allison & Jenna (Senior, freshman at MLC), Ryan (Junior at LPS), and Micah (7th grade).
