Cookies and Canvas - Jolly (All) 1:30-3:30 pm

We will be painting a whimsical snowman with acrylics on a 12"x12" canvas.

About the presenter - Ginger Gammelgaard-Lemke is a Graphic Designer and Artist who loves teaching children about art and getting their 'hands dirty' by leading them in projects with acrylics on canvas and various other mediums. She volunteers for grades K-8 and discussed colors, theory, process and enjoys seeing all their inner artist come alive! She has a 3rd grade son and 2nd grade daughter who create with her often.

Ginger graduated from The Art Institutes International with a BS in Graphic Design and followed that with a Post Secondary Degree from SACI (Studio Arts College International) in Florence, Italy where she focused on painting, print making, art history and studied more graphic design under the now Adobe Evangelist Rufus Deuchler. She has been the Communications Coordinator for MADA (Minnesota Automobile Dealers Association) for the past 9 years where she manages several publications and websites as well as creates all the graphics for each project.
