Lisa Reiner

Head of School, Toddler/Primary Guide

Lisa received her B.A. in Liberal Arts, English, and Psychology from the College of Notre Dame. She received her AMS Montessori Certification in Primary (3-6) as well as her Infant (0-3) from NAMC. She’s began working in Montessori in 1994 and was co-founder of Montessori Manor in 2002. Lisa and her husband, Jon are kept busy with their two dogs and four children, Maya, Ella, Bria, and Eric. Lisa loves every opportunity to have fun with the family and appreciates the fleeting years.

Sonia Sabarikanth

Primary 1 Guide

Sonia received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi. She received her AMI Certification from the Montessori Teacher Training Center of Northern California. Sonia has two boys who were both students at Montessori Manor from

Primary - Upper Elementary. Sonia is a cooking enthusiast and loves to read. Both Sonia and Sabari love to spend time with their boys, Rohan & Rohit, play tennis, cook elaborate family dinners, and play with their dog Indy.

Angela Khan

Primary 2 Guide

Angela received her B.A in Educational Studies in Special and Elementary Education from Western Governors University. In addition, she received her Montessori Certification in Primary (3-6) from NAMC. Angela and her husband, Sameer, are kept busy with their large family of six children, one grandchild, and two dogs. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, exercising, and seeing as much live music as possible.

Beven Barnhart

Elementary Guide

Beven received his B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Salisbury University. He received his AMI Elementary Certification (6-12) from Montessori Northwest. He began working in Montessori in 2017. Outside of Montessori, Beven plays music around Baltimore and DC, and is also studying audio engineering.
