volunteer opportunities:

We rely on volunteers to run our region, and are always appreciative of help. Below are some ideas on how you can get involved. If you have some ideas on how you'd like to help that aren't on this list, send us an email, we'd love to discuss!

For each team:

Coach-coordinates/runs practices and games, attends one training at least one training a year, makes sure someone is there to run practice or game if unable to attend

Assistant Coach-helps at games and practices, takes lead when coach is not present

Practice Assistant (multiple per team)-helps at practices as needed

Team Manager-helps coach send out team specific communications, coordinates snacks and any other team specific needs

For the region:

Field Setup(multiple)-lines practice/game fields, moves goals when necessary

Club Events/Fundraising(multiple)-plans and coordinates volunteers for yearly registration event, region picnic, and one to two fundraisers a year

Uniform Coordinator(one)-receives uniform delivery and hands out to teams, documenting all uniforms and who received them (keeps any extra for spring season to pass out for spring only players)

Communication/Marketing(multiple)-keeps listing of active players, responds to interested players and keeps list for follow up communications, updates website, posts to social media, handout flyers to stores or schools, or hand out yard signs to people in the region
