Examples of Evidence
A witness testimony from your supervisor stating, that you reported and recorded a hazard at work.
A witness testimony from your supervisor stating that you have adhered to statutory requirements, safety notices and warning signs on site.
A Photo of you wearing P.P.E, while bricklaying, stick photo on evidence sheet, write description, get signed and dated by supervisor.
A witness testimony from your supervisor, stating that you carried out organisational procedures, for maintaining the security of the work place. 1 - during the working day, 2 - on completion of the days work, 3 - from unauthorised people, 4 - from theft.
A witness testimony from your supervisor, explaining how you communicate with colleagues and clients to ensure that work is carried out efficiently
A witness testimony from your supervisor stating that the documentation required by the company has been completed for example filling out a time sheet each week.
Examples of Evidence
A witness testimony from your supervisor stating that you have followed company procedures in the use of resources, allocation of work and method of work.( see example 1 )
A witness testimony from your supervisor, stating that your work is carried out with others.(see example 2)
A witness testimony from your supervisor, stating that you have disposed of different types of waste, and waste packaging, in accordance with legislation, to minimise damage and maintain a clean work area, Include a photo of you doing some of these tasks.
A witness testimony from your supervisor, stating that you selected resources to be moved and stored. ( see example 3 )
A witness testimony from your supervisor, stating that you have handled and stored occupational resources to meet product information and organisational requirements related to Sheet Material - Loose Material - Bagged or wrapped material - Components - Liquid material, include a photograph of you doing some of these activities.

A witness testimony from your supervisor, stating that you have, safely used and stored lifting aids, and equipment.
Get a photo of you, leaving tools and equipment, safe and secure, i.e. locking them up in the following - Tool Vault - Security Hut - Company Van.
Get photo's of yourself, carrying out different types of brickwork,ie Cavity Walls - Corners - Reveals - Brickwork & Blockwork upto DPC - Bedding DPC - installing Insulation - Cills - Brick on edge - Gable Shoulders - Cutting Gables - as many different types of Brickwork.
A witness testimony from your supervisor stating that you, selected your own Materials -Fixings - Components - Tools - Equipment
Get photo's of yourself building a straight solid wall, a cavity wall with returns, showing door and window openings, and frame positions.
Get photo's of yourself using a Level - Transferring Levels - Using a straight Edge - Cowley Level - Laser Level - Transferring a Datum height to a corner positionÂ
Examples of Evidence
Get photo's of yourself organising your own work e.g., if you are building a cavity wall show on your photo's you at the work area which should include muck boards, bricks loaded out and the tools that you will be using
Get photo's of yourself getting Muck from a Mixer, using a Disc Cutter cutting bricks and blocks.
Get photo's of yourself cleaning - Tools the Mixer & any Power Tools.
Get photo's of yourself re-pointing & Jointing up.
Get a photo of where you are working, showing the security fencing or hoarding around the outside
Get photo's of yourself protecting brickwork, materials & equipment from damage and the weather, show yourself putting tools away.
A witness testimony from your supervisor stating that you have used work skills to measure, mark out, level, position and secure a building, whilst using hand tools and setting out equipment.
A witness testimony from your supervisor, stating that you have interpreted-Drawings-Specifications & Manufacturers Information related to any work you carried out.
