The attached data and program in GAUSS were used for Lee (2016, Extensive and Intensive Margin Effects in Sample Selection Models: Racial Effects on Wage). For each estimator, the model estimates and their t-values can be seen by removing "/* */"; e.g., remove /* */ in "/* pro~tvpro*/ to see the probit estimates and t-values. The program can be used for other data by replacing the data reading-in part in the beginning of the program.
