申し込みについて
（About application for carrels and lockers in 2025）
2025年度にキャレルとロッカーの利用を希望される方は、はじめに三田自治会メーリングリストに登録し、続けて下記の手順で申請してください。申請期限は4月13日（日）です。
《2025年度 三田自治会メーリングリスト登録》
三田自治会からのご連絡は、主にメーリングリスト（以下、メーリス）とこちらのホームページによって行います。まだ登録されていない方は以下のフォームから、メーリス登録してください。

【キャレル・ロッカーの利用を希望される方】
以下の手順で利用申請してください。

４. 近日中にメーリスにてキャレル・ロッカー割当についてご案内致します。
《2025年度 キャレル・ロッカー利用について》
キャレル・ロッカーは2025年3月中旬頃まで利用できる予定です。ロッカーキーは2025年3月までにご返却ください（3月頃に返却期間を設けます）。
現時点では、キャレルは1人1個まで、ロッカーも1人1個までの利用となります。両方の申請が可能です。
キャレルの利用希望者数が使用可能なキャレル数を上回った場合は、一人で一席を占有できるキャレル（以下、占有キャレル）に加えて、二人以上で一席を共有するキャレル（以下、共有キャレル）が設けられます。占有キャレルへ割り当てられる人は抽選で決まります。抽選は男女別に行われますが、どちらもおおよそ等しい確率で占有キャレルへ割り当てられることになります。共有キャレルへ割り当てられた方は、ご自身の荷物を置いたままにしない等、共有相手の利用を妨げないよう配慮してください。
後日、キャレル・ロッカーの追加申請を受け付ける場合があります。もしその時点でキャレルの利用希望者数が使用可能なキャレル数を上回っていた場合、予め抽選で定められた優先順位に基づき、占有キャレルが共有キャレルに変わります。今回、占有キャレルが割り当てられた方はご承知おきください。
ロッカーを利用する方はロッカーキーの保証金として1,000円をお預かりしております。保証金はロッカーキー返却の際に返還しますが、貸出から5年経過しますと、自治会の会計に帰属します。

3. Please submit the following carrel application form.
4. We will let you know further information through our mailing list system later. Please see the instructions there.
《Use of Carrels and Lockers in 2025》
Carrels and lockers will be available until mid-March 2025. Locker keys must be returned by March 2025 (we will have the term for returning keys in March).
At this time, there is a limit of one carrel per person and one locker per person. You may apply for both.
If the number of applicants for use of carrels exceeds the number of available carrels, some carrels are to be used by two or more students, which is called a "shared carrel"; the other carrels, which the user can use personally, are called an "occupialbe carrel." Those assigned to occupiable carrels are determined by lottery. The lottery will be carried out separately for men and women, and both will be assigned to occupiable carrels with approximately equal probability. If you are assigned to a shared carrel, please be careful not to leave your belongings unattended or otherwise interfere with the use of the other student in the shared carrel.
Additional applications for carrels and lockers may be accepted at a later date. If the number of applicants for use of carrels exceeds the number of available carrels at that time, several occupiable carrels will be converted into shared carrels based on a priority order determined by a lottery in advance. Please be aware of this if you have been assigned the occupiable carrel.
Locker users are required to pay a deposit of 1,000 JPY for a locker key. This deposit will be returned when you give back the locker key on the return date in the end of the current academic year, but if 5 years pass since the loan, please note that it will belong to the student council's account.

ロッカーキーの返却について
（About returning locker keys）
2025年3月の時点で、ロッカーを利用されている方は全員3月31日（日）までにロッカーキーをお返しいただく必要がございます。
今年度は、例年と同様に、指定日における直接返却に加えて、郵送による返却／三田自治会ポストによる返却の２つの返却方法をご用意いたします。
皆さまのご協力をお願い申し上げます。
【返却方法１ 返却期間に返却しに行く】（従来通りの方法です）
ロッカーキーをお持ちになり、3月3日（月）～8日（土）の各日12:00～13:00のうち、ご都合の良い日時に大学院校舎6階の自治会室までお越しください。代理の方がお越しいただいても構いません。ロッカーキー1本につき、保証金1,000円をお返しいたします。
【返却方法２ 郵送で返却する】
封筒にロッカーキーと記入済みの振込申込書を入れた上で、3月31日（日）までに下記の宛先へ郵送してください。ロッカーキーの到着を確認した後、数か月以内に保証金を口座振込します。振込名義人は「ミタジチカイ キョウケンタントウ」を予定しております。ただし、下記のご留意事項に同意していただく必要がございます。

○ご留意事項
・郵送料・振込手数料は自己負担です。保証金から振込手数料を差し引いた額をお振込みします。

・郵送方法に特に指定はございません。ただし、昨年度は、封筒にそのままロッカーキーを入れ、封筒が破れてロッカーキーが紛失してしまうケースがございました。ロッカーキーを「厚紙で挟む」「小さめのポリ袋に入れる」「ティッシュで包む」など梱包方法にご配慮くださいますと幸いです。
・封筒に「ロッカーキー在中」とお書きください。
・ロッカーキーを郵送したはずなのに三田自治会がそれを確認できない等、万が一、ロッカーキーの受け渡しに齟齬等が発生した場合、保証金が振り込まれない可能性がございます。リスクをご承知おきください。
【返却方法３ 自治会室前の返却ポストに返却しに行く】
封筒にロッカーキーと記入済みの振込申込書を入れた上で、3月31日（日）までの間に大学院校舎6階の自治会室前に設置予定の「三田自治会ポスト」へ投函してください。ロッカーキーの到着を確認した後、数か月以内に保証金を口座振込します。振込名義人は「ミタジチカイ キョウケンタントウ」を予定しております。ただし、下記のご留意事項に同意していただく必要がございます。

○ご留意事項

《Return Procedure 1: Return in person during the return period》(this is the procedure as in the past)
Please bring your locker key and come to the Mita Graduate Student Council Room on the 6th floor of the Graduate School Building from 12:00 PM to 1:00 each day through March 19th (Tue.) to 23rd (Sat.), whichever is convenient for you. You may ask another person to return your locker key. We will return the deposit of 1,000 yen per locker key.
《Return Procedure 2: Return by mail》
Please mail the envelope with the locker key and the completed transfer application form to the address below by March 31st (Sat.). After confirming receipt of the locker key, the deposit will be transferred to your account within a few months. The name of the payer will be 「ミタジチカイ キョウケンタントウ」(MITAJICHIKAI KYOUKENTANTOU). You will need to agree to the following notice.

・You may choose the mailing type you like. However, last year, there was a case in which a locker key was put directly into an envelope and the envelope was torn, resulting in the loss of the locker key. We would appreciate it if you would consider packing the locker key in a way that it is difficult to be lost, such as placing it between sheets of cardboard, putting it in a small plastic bag, or wrapping it in tissue paper.
・Please write "locker key enclosed" on the envelope.
・In the unlikely event of a discrepancy in the delivery of the locker key, such as a locker key supposed to be mailed but not confirmed by us, the deposit may not be transferred. Please be aware of the risk.
《Return Procedure 3: Return to the mailbox in front of the Mita Graduate Student Council Room》
Please put the locker key and the completed transfer application form in the envelope and drop it into "Mitajichi Mailbox", which will be located in front of the Mita Graduate Student Council Room on the 6th floor of the Graduate School Building between March 28th (Thu.) and 31st (Sat.). After confirming receipt of the locker key, the deposit will be transferred to your account within a few months. The name of the payer will be 「ミタジチカイ キョウケンタントウ」(MITAJICHIKAI KYOUKENTANTOU). You will need to agree to the following notice.

【重要】自治会室前テーブル上の荷物撤去について
自治会室前テーブル上に置かれている荷物の撤去を 2024 年 9 月 1 日以降に実施します。
つきましては、自身の荷物がないことを 2024 年 8 月 31 日までに必ずご確認ください。
撤去後の荷物に関するお問い合わせはお受けしませんのでご了承ください。
なお自治会室前テーブルは、持ち主不明の荷物を一時的に保管するためのスペースです。
共用の荷物置き場ではないことをご理解ください。
今後、予告なく荷物を撤去する場合がございます。
【警告】フリーキャレルの占拠について
フリーキャレルは配布キャレルと異なり、⾃治会員全員が⾃由に利⽤できる場所となっています。そのため、フリーキャレルには荷物を放置することはできず、帰宅時に全ての荷物を持ち帰ることをルールとしています。フリーキャレルに荷物を放置し、占拠している者は、2024 年 6 ⽉末⽇までに荷物を持ち帰って下さい。7 ⽉に⼊っても放置されている荷物については、強制撤去します。 詳細はこちらのファイルを確認してください。

Please bring your locker key and come to the Mita Graduate Student Council Room on the 6th floor of the Graduate School Building from 12:00 PM to 1:00 each day through March 19th (Tue.) to 23rd (Sat.), whichever is convenient for you. You may ask another person to return your locker key. We will return the deposit of 1,000 yen per locker key.

Please mail the envelope with the locker key and the completed transfer application form to the address below by March 31st (Sat.). ・At this time, there is a limit of one carrel per person and one locker per person. You may apply for both.
・If the number of applicants for use of carrels exceeds the number of available carrels, some carrels are to be used by two or more students, which is called a "shared carrel"; the other carrels, which the user can use personally, are called an "occupialbe carrel." Those assigned to occupiable carrels are determined by lottery. The lottery will be carried out separately for men and women, and both will be assigned to occupiable carrels with approximately equal probability. If you are assigned to a shared carrel, please be careful not to leave your belongings unattended or otherwise interfere with the use of the other student in the shared carrel.

2022年9月から10月上旬にかけて、キャレルとロッカーの追加申し込みを受け付けておりました。申し込みされた方（CRF# または LKF# から始まる受付番号をお持ちの方）は下記のご案内に沿ってください。
また、新型コロナウイルス感染対策により2020年からキャレルの隔席制限を設けておりましたが、これより全席使用再開いたします。以下のキャレルは、（共有相手がキャレルを移動された等の理由により）共有キャレルから占有キャレルに変わりました。

【ロッカーの申し込みをされた方】
10月19日（水）から22日（土）の各日12時から13時まで、大学院校舎6階の三田自治会室にてロッカーキーを配布します。
学生証（研究生を除く）と保証金1,000円札を持ってお越しください。
ロッカーキーは原則として2023年3月までに返却していただきます。
例年と同様に3月に一斉返却期間を設ける予定です。
保証金は、ロッカーキー返却時にお返しいたします。
（ただし、2023年3月までにロッカーキーを返却されないと保証金をお返しできない場合があることをご留意ください。）
今回のロッカーキー配布は、春学期に申し込みされて、まだロッカーキーを受け取りになられていない方も対象です。
We have accepted additional applications for carrels and lockers in September and early October 2022. If you have applied (with an application number starting with CRF# or LKF#), please follow the instructions below.
Due to the COVID-19 infection prevention, carrels have been restricted to half seats since 2020, however all seats will resume use from now on. The following carrels have changed from shared carrels to occupied carrels (due to reasons such as the shared partner moving the carrel).

《For those who have applied to use a locker》
Locker keys will be distributed at the Mita Graduate Student Council Room on the 6th floor of the Graduate School Building from 12:00 to 13:00 each day from October 19th (Wed.) to 22nd (Sat.).
Please come with your student ID card (except for research students who have withdrawn after completing course credits) and a 1,000 yen bill for the deposit.
In principle, locker keys must be returned by March 2023.
As in previous years, we plan to have a return period in March.
The deposit will be turned back when the locker keys are returned.
(Please note, however, that the deposit may not be turned back if the locker keys are not returned by March 2023.)
This distribution period of locker keys is also applicable to those who have applied in the Spring Semester but have not yet received a locker key.

2022年度秋学期からキャレルとロッカーの利用を希望される方は、はじめに三田自治会メーリングリストに登録し、続けて下記の手順で申請してください。申請期限は10月8日（土）です
これまで感染症対策のため、使用可能なキャレルをおよそ半数に制限しておりましたが、2022年秋学期から全席使用を再開いたします。
使用可能なキャレルの増加に伴い、すでに共有キャレルを利用中の方も新たにキャレルの申し込みが可能です。新しくキャレルを申し込む方と概ね等しい確率で占有キャレルに移ることができます（抽選に外れた場合、キャレルの席はそのままです）。
＊今後も引き続き、感染症対策に努めてください。
＊申請状況を考慮した上で、フリーキャレル（自治会員全員が使用できるキャレル）を設ける可能性があります。

・キャレルの利用希望者数が使用可能なキャレル数を上回った場合は、一人で一席を占有できるキャレル（以下、占有キャレル）に加えて、二人以上で一席を共有するキャレル（以下、共有キャレル）が設けられます。占有キャレルへ割り当てられる人は抽選で決まります。抽選は男女別に行われます。すでに男女エリア区分が定まっているため、申請者の構成によって、占有キャレルに割り当てられる確率について男女で差が出る可能性があります。共有キャレルへ割り当てられた方は、ご自身の荷物を置いたままにしない等、共有相手の利用を妨げないよう配慮してください。
・後日、キャレル・ロッカーの追加申請を受け付ける場合があります。もしその時点でキャレルの利用希望者数が使用可能なキャレル数を上回っていた場合、予め抽選で定められた優先順位に基づき、占有キャレルが共有キャレルに変わります。占有キャレルが割り当てられた方はご承知おきください。
・ロッカーを利用する方はロッカーキーの保証金として1,000円をお預かりしております。保証金は、今年度のロッカーキー返却の際にお返しいたします。返却期限より後に返却されたとき、保証金をお返しできない場合があります。

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of available carrels had been restricted to half. However, almost all carrels are resumed from 2022 Fall.

《Use of Carrels and Lockers in 2022》
・Due to system limitations, there is a limit to the number of registrations per day for each form. If you do not receive an email (with a carrel/locker application number) after submitting the form, please reapply the next day or later.
・Carrels and lockers will be available until mid-March 2023. Locker keys must be returned by March 2023 (we will have the term for returning keys in March).
・At this time, there is a limit of one carrel per person and one locker per person. You may apply for both.
・Please comply with "Guidelines for Infection Prevention Regarding the Use of Carrels and Lockers". The guidelines were established by agreement with the student affairs department. If each of you do not adhere to them, restrictions may be placed on your use of carrels and lockers. When using the carrel, in addition to compliance with the guidelines, please make rules with other users to further prevent infections. The guidelines will be updated from time to time.
・If the number of applicants for use of carrels exceeds the number of available carrels, in addition to carrels which can be occupied by one person (we call these as occupiable carrels), carrels which are shared by two or more students (we call these as shared carrels) will be provided. Those assigned to occupiable carrels are determined by lottery. The lottery will be carried out separately for men and women. Since the men/women area division is already established, there may be a difference between men and women in terms of the probability of being assigned to an occupiable carrel, depending on the composition of applicants. If you are assigned to a shared carrel, please be careful not to leave your belongings unattended or otherwise interfere with the use of the other student in the shared carrel.
・Additional applications for carrels and lockers may be accepted at a later date. If the number of applicants for use of carrels exceeds the number of available carrels at that time, several occupiable carrels will be converted to shared carrels based on a priority order determined by a lottery in advance. Please be aware of this if you have been assigned the occupiable carrel.
・Locker users are required to pay a deposit of 1,000 JPY for a locker key. This deposit is returned when you give back the locker key on the return date in the end of current academic year. If the locker key is returned after the due date, the deposit may not be returned.

*Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the university requested us to reduce the number of available carrels by half so that we can take distance between each other. In addition to this, due to the increase in the number of face-to-face classes this year, it is expected that the number of applicants for use of carrels will greatly exceed the number of available carrels. Therefore, we ask that those who rarely plan to use carrels refrain from applying in order to increase the probability of assigning “occupiable carrels” (carrels used by only one student) to those who really need them. The following dates will be the schedule for the distribution of carrels and lockers in the academic year 2022. The application form and detailed procedures will be posted on April 1st.
April 1st (Fri.) : Start of application for use of carrels and lockers
April 8th (Fri.) : Deadline for application for use of carrels and lockers
April 12th (Tue.) : Announcement of allocation results
April 13th (Wed.) - 16th (Sat.) : Locker keys distribution period
April 16th (Sat.) : Deadline for movement of personal belongings on carrels that had been used in the previous academic year
April 18th (Mon.) : Start of use of carrels and lockers (lockers are available from the time you receive locker keys)

（About returning locker keys）
2022年3月の時点で、ロッカーを利用されている方は全員3月31日（木）までにロッカーキーをお返しいただく必要がございます。
今年度は、指定日における直接返却に加えて、郵送による返却／三田自治会ポストによる返却の２つの返却方法を新たにご用意いたします。
お手数をおかけいたしますが、下記の詳細な返却方法をご覧になった上で、3月21日（月）までにロッカーキー返却届（フォーム）より希望の返却方法をお知らせください。

【返却方法１ 返却期間に返却しに行く】（従来通りの方法です）
ロッカーキーをお持ちになり、3月22日（火）～26日（土）の各日12:00～13:00のうち、ご都合の良い日時に大学院校舎6階の自治会室までお越しください。代理の方がお越しいただいても構いません。ロッカーキー1本につき、保証金1,000円をお返しいたします。
【返却方法２ 郵送で返却する】
封筒にロッカーキーと記入済みの振込申込書を入れた上で、3月31日（木）までに下記の宛先へ郵送してください。ロッカーキーの到着を確認した後、数か月以内に保証金を口座振込します。振込名義人は「ミタジチカイ キョウケンタントウ」を予定しております。ただし、下記のご留意事項に同意していただく必要がございます。

○ご留意事項
・郵送料・振込手数料は自己負担です。保証金から振込手数料を差し引いた額をお振込みします。

・封筒に「ロッカーキー在中」とお書きください。
・ロッカーキーを郵送したはずなのに三田自治会がそれを確認できない等、万が一、ロッカーキーの受け渡しに齟齬等が発生した場合、保証金が振り込まれない可能性がございます。リスクをご承知おきください。
【返却方法３ 自治会室前の返却ポストに返却しに行く】
封筒にロッカーキーと記入済みの振込申込書を入れた上で、3月28日（月）～31日（木）までの間に大学院校舎6階の自治会室前に設置予定の「三田自治会ポスト」へ投函してください。ロッカーキーの到着を確認した後、数か月以内に保証金を口座振込します。振込名義人は「ミタジチカイ キョウケンタントウ」を予定しております。ただし、下記のご留意事項に同意していただく必要がございます。

・投函口のサイズは15cm×0.8cmです。厚さにご注意ください。
・長型３号（12 cm x 23.5 cm）以下の小型封筒をご使用ください。
・封筒にロッカーキーを借りている方の氏名をお書きください。
・ロッカーキーを投函したはずなのに三田自治会がそれを確認できない等、万が一、ロッカーキーの受け渡しに齟齬等が発生した場合、保証金が振り込まれない可能性がございます。リスクをご承知おきください。
As of March 2022, all locker users need to return the locker keys by March 31st (Thu.).
This year, in addition to the direct return on the return period, we offer two new return options: return by mail and return to our mailbox.

《Return Procedure 1: Return in person during the return period》(this is the procedure as in the past)
Please bring your locker key and come to the Mita Graduate Student Council Room on the 6th floor of the Graduate School Building between 12:00 and 13:00 each day from March 22nd (Tue.) to 26th (Sat.), whichever is convenient for you. You may ask another person than yourself to return your locker key. We return a deposit of 1,000 yen per locker key.
《Return Procedure 2: Return by mail》
Please mail the envelope with the locker key and the completed transfer application form to the address below by March 31st (Thu.). After confirming receipt of the locker key, the deposit will be transferred to your account within a few months. The name of the payer will be 「ミタジチカイ キョウケンタントウ」(MITAJICHIKAI KYOUKENTANTOU). You will need to agree to the following notice.

《Return Procedure 3: Return to the mailbox in front of the Mita Graduate Student Council Room》
Please put the locker key and the completed transfer application form in the envelope and drop it into "Mitajichi Mailbox", which will be located in front of the Mita Graduate Student Council Room on the 6th floor of the Graduate School Building between March 28th (Mon.) and 31st (Thu.). After confirming receipt of the locker key, the deposit will be transferred to your account within a few months. The name of the payer will be 「ミタジチカイ キョウケンタントウ」(MITAJICHIKAI KYOUKENTANTOU). You will need to agree to the following notice.

2021年度秋学期のキャレル・ロッカー利用手続きについて
（About usage procedure for carrels and lockers in Fall Semester 2021）
2021年度秋学期よりキャレル・ロッカーの利用申請をされた方（「CRF#」「LKF#」から始まる受付番号をお持ちの方）は、下記の手順に従ってください。
春学期よりすでにキャレル・ロッカーを利用されている方はそのままご利用できます。ただし、以下のキャレルをご利用されている方は秋学期より共有キャレルとなります（括弧内は春学期にお伝えした受付番号です）。
A37（CR#83）、B02（CR#249）、B34（CR#74）、B64（CR#13）、B70（CR#12）、C30（CR#240）、D46（CR#153）、D53（CR#98）、D58（CR#256）、F26（CR#84）、G21（CR#267）、G25（CR#92）．
利用開始時期にかかわらず、キャレル・ロッカーは2022年3月中旬まで利用できる予定です。
【キャレルの利用申請をされた方】
１.キャレル受付番号（「CRF#」から始まります）をご用意の上、こちらからご自身のキャレル番号をお確かめください。
２.本日よりキャレルをご利用いただけます。ただし、今回割り当てたキャレルは春学期よりすでに利用者がいる共有キャレルとなります。荷物などが置かれていて利用できない場合は、しばらくお待ちください。一週間以上経っても利用できない状態が続く場合は、三田自治会までご相談ください。ガイドラインに従いつつ、利用者同士でルールを取り決め、譲り合ってご利用いただくようお願い申し上げます。
【ロッカーの利用申請をされた方】
１.ロッカー受付番号（「LKF#」から始まります）、学生証、保証金1,000円札をご用意の上、下記のうち、ご都合の良い日時に大学院校舎6階の自治会室までお越しください。保証金と引き換えにロッカーキーと利用者証をお渡しいたします。
・10月21日（木）12:00～13:00
・10月25日（月）12:00～13:00
直前のご案内となり申し訳ございません。上記の日時にお越しいただくことができない方も多数いらっしゃるかと存じます。両日の配布状況を考慮した上、後日の一斉配布・個別配布も検討いたします。
2.ロッカーキーを受け取った方はロッカーをご利用いただけます。
If you have applied for the use of a carrel or a locker from Fall Semester 2021 (namely, you have the application number starting with CRF# or LKF#), please follow the steps below.
If you have already used a carrel or a locker since Spring Semester, you can continue to use it. However, if you are using one of following carrels, please note that they will be shared carrels from Fall Semester (the numbers in parentheses are the reception number which you are given in Spring Semester):

《For those who have applied to use a carrel》
1. Please have your carrel application number (starting with CRF#) and click here to find your carrel number.
2. You can use the carrel from today. Please note that the carrels allocated this time are shared carrels, which have already been used by another student since Spring Semester. If you are unable to use the carrel due to placed luggage, please wait for a while. If the carrel continues to be unavailable for more than a week, please contact Mitajichi (Mita Self-Government Association). Please follow the guidelines, agree on the rules between users, and use the carrel in a kindly manner.
《For those who have applied to use a locker》
1. Please bring your locker application number (starting with LKF#), your student ID card, and a 1,000-yen bill (for deposit) to the Mitajichi Room on the 6th floor of the Graduate School Building on one of the following days and times convenient for you.
- Thursday, October 21st, 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
- Monday, October 25th, 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
We apologize for the late notice. We understand that there may be many people who are unable to come on the above date and time. We may consider setting another simultaneous distribution or individual distribution later after checking the distribution status on both days.
2. If you receive the locker key, you can use your locker.
2021年度研究助成（個人・研究団体）に関するお知らせ
2021年度の個人研究助成、研究団体研究助成の募集を開始いたします。
研究助成を希望される方は、募集要項を参照、提出書類の書式をダウンロードの上、締切（2021年9月30日）までに必要書類を提出してください。提出先は大学院三田自治会助成担当（jichikaijosei@gmail.com）です。

キャレル残留物の扱いについて
キャレルに残留している前利用者の荷物につきましては、自治会室と談話室の間（大学院棟6階エレベーターホール）に設置してあります大テーブルに移動させてください。2人で共用しているキャレルの場合は、誤って共同利用者の荷物を移動させないよう、十分ご注意ください。荷物は受取手がいない場合は、6月末を目処に処分致します。
