Any physical video cassette left behind after the "complete transaction" will be destroyed beyond repair and thrown out/deleted the same day two months from then if it isn't picked up by it's original owner by then in-order to keep the customers confidentiality.
- Exceptions being if:
*.
- If any sort of illegal action is depicted or seen in the video tape/video file. [This only applies to "home movies"] (i.e. If the video/audio originated from a live video recording machine (personal camcorder) that was either recording what it saw from it's lens directly onto the "home movie" cassette in question or is a copy directly from the the cassette originating from the live video recording machine (personal camcorder) that is then being digitized by the vendor.
Example
- If the video tape in question contained a recording of a man who commits arson and films the resulting blaze onto the very exact video tape that is being digitized by the vendor. [This would be seen as an "illegal home movie" as the tape in question recorded images directly from the original arsonist camcorder.]
- If the video tape in question contained a recording of a television news broadcast airing a small clip from a video tape that was found on the highway depicting a man committing arson. And with the permission of the local authority's were given the clear to air the clip in order to find the identity of the arsonist in question. [This would not be seen as an "illegal home movie" as the tape in question was a recording of a news broadcast airing a small snip-it of the actual "illegal home movie" which had already been turned over and reviewed by local authority's and as such is being used for sole extent of identifying the arsonist at large.]
