Chili G recipe

1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage                                                          
1 lb. lean hamburger meat                                                                             
1 large onion                                                                                             
1 large bell pepper                                                                                      
 2 - 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes (with basil, garlic, oregano best)
1 14.5 oz. can Black Bean drained 
1 14.5 oz. can Pinto Beans drained
1 14.5 oz. can Great Northern Beans drained
1 beef boullion cube 
chicken broth (Kitchen Basic brand recommended)
Dash of lemon pepper 
 1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin   
 1 tbsp. tumeric
 1/2 bottle Heinz Chili Sauce                                                                    
 1/4 cup brown sugar                                                                                          
Salt and pepper to taste                                                         

Chop onion and bell pepper and saute' them in a little olive oil until they are soft then set aside. Cook hamburger and sausage together. When they are almost brown, add tumeric, salt and pepper. Drain the flavored meats. Move the meats and vegetables to a crock pot then add all remaining ingredients.
Taste for seasoning and adjust. Cook for 4-6 hours in a crock pot or on the stove in a covered pot for 2 hours. Add more chicken broth as desired.
