2) notes about volcano type
a) name of volcano type you chose (cinder, composite, or shield)
b) describe how it looks (ex: wide, steep, etc) (pg 100-101)
c) labeled diagram of volcano (pg 100-101)
d) explain why it erupts violently or quietly. (pg 100-101, 94)
e) state 3 famous ones & where they are located
(pg 100-101 & research at home)
3) present to class before it gets erupted
Due May 24th, F - BEFORE HR

5-21, T complete notes on volcano type
using red "Inside Earth" textbook
5-22, W build volcano in class

flour
newspaper, old magazines
empty plastic bottle (small, medium, or large)
cardboard or poster board
if your group is ahead & has time - paint, paint brush
baking soda
vinegar (any kind)
