Application Process

1. Fill out a 2025-2026 Application Form

2. Submit required documents:

   • copy of parent’s government-issued ID

   • copy of birth certificate

   • copy of updated Immunization record - Link to SC immunization requirements.

3. Pay non-refundable corresponding grade-level application fee 

   • $100 (Grades K4 - K5)

   • $200 (Grades 1 - 9)

4. Schedule a placement test (for students applying for first grade through ninth grade)

   • Students applying after the start of Trimester I will have to schedule placement tests weekdays after school hours.

   • Students must score an 80% or higher to pass in both mathematics and language arts components.

5. Submit first trimester tuition payment (once the application has been approved) according to our Tuition and Fees Policy
