I have spent over 10 years consulting for Fortune 500 companies and have had extensive experience in developing these tips and passing them along to peers and team members. My teams are always considered as incubators for developing the next leaders in each organization. As you may be able to tell from the content on this site, I have spent my entire career working in Information Technology. My career has spanned across the entire spectrum of an organization from developing code to managing projects, technology, and teams. Over the years, I have documented some of the more descriptive techniques for my employees, and finally decided that it was time to put them all together in one “how to” guide.
