Purpose

Purpose is what separates constructs from mere stepping stones toward being able to accomplish things with energy.  The only purpose of a psi-ball is to practice.  Other constructs, like shields are not only for practice but some kind of practical aide.  Some like bubble shields are damn simplistic, others are quite useful.  Examples of pretty useful shields are mirror shields, marshmallow shields, chaos shields, custom shields and reactive shields.
