Miriam Larson-Koester

I joined the Bureau of Economics at the Federal Trade Commission in 2018 after finishing my Ph.D. at Cornell University. My research uses cutting edge tools from econometrics and industrial organization to understand the position of women and minorities in the labor market. My job market paper focused on modeling the determinants of occupational choice in the U.S.
