Garden plots are available for a fee each year. There is a one time deposit equal to the annual rent. Your deposit is returned when you notify the treasurer you are leaving the garden, you have your plot cleaned/leveled and are in good standing with the board. Gardeners are able to rent two plots per year and if requested and fees paid, get to keep their plots for years to come. It is recommended that new gardeners only rent one plot the first year.

Garden plots for new gardeners (30' X 50') rent for $50, half size plots (30' X 25') rent for $40. Boxes rent for $25 - $35 depending on the size. Must call for availability.

2024 Dates

April 1 - Garden rents due to guarantee same plot

April 30 - Last day to request a refund on rent already paid for garden plot for current year

*May 13 - Port-a-potty installed & will remain onsite until mid-September

*May 22 - June 16 - Water is available every day from 8 am - 8 pm. (Watch Facebook for updates depending on weather)

*June 16 - September 15 -Water will be available 8 am - 8 pm on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday following rules for rain amounts.

*September 17 - Water turned off & Port-a-potty removed (Watch Facebook for updates due to weather)

October 15 - Gardens must be harvested, cleaned of all debris, weeds and garden equipment. Fenced posts may be left. As long as weather permits, you may still work on your garden. Contact a board member if you can not get your garden cleaned by this date. Those who don't get their gardens cleared with forfeit them and lose deposit.

October 19 - Annual meeting and election of officers. 

December 31, 2024 - Last day to save $10 on rent for 2025 planting season.


*Approximate dates dependent on weather and other circumstances. Water schedule changes if 1/2" of rain is received within 24 hours of a regularly scheduled watering day.
