Please NOTE: We will be providing game jerseys/shorts/knee pads etc. for all participants. You will need the following items for practice until some of the items are issued to you.
1) Knee Pads
2) Water Bottle
3) Short sleeve shirt (No sweat shirts)
4) Shorts above the knees/spandex
5) Hand band/Hair tie
6) Gear Bag of some type
7) Snacks (No junk Food)
We are now ordering food for after practice snacks. Please grab your snack before leaving the building. equipment will also be handed out this week.
