What is this all about? / Why put this on my device?
The technology to implant ideas and images into a person's mind using electromagnetic and sonic waves was invented more than 60 years ago and has been growing more sophisticated yearly. Secret agencies are conspiring to control your life and force you to live under a One World Government. The only thing stopping them are people of differing opinions. Alien forces are seeking to subjugate humanity to their dominion. Abductees commonly report having their memories/minds altered. Governmental regulations of questionable origin are forcing us to rid our world of lead based products and the benefits they hold.
The big buzzword in policing is "Non lethal Weaponry", devices that don't hurt people but make them "surrender" unconditionally and uncontrollably. The rise in TI (Targeted Individual) phenomena, world wide people are targeted with directed energy weapons, stalked, harassed. They (TI's) are labelled mentally insane or paranoid if they try to complain or expose these crimes (Organised Stalking & Electronic Harassment). Clearly, people's minds are in greater danger now than they have ever been in the history of our planet.
Why isn't MindGuard available for my platform (Windows/Mac/Univac)?
Many popular operating system platforms -- most notably Windows and Macintosh -- are in fact created by agents of mind control. As such, these platforms tend to include subsystems that not only produce mind control, but also defeat anti-psychotronic software such as MindGuard. In order for MindGuard to run successfully on these platforms, their psychotronic subsystems must be circumvented
If these subsystems are not completely overcome, the results could be worse than not using MindGuard at all. This is because psychotronic signals in the wild tend to be generally balanced across contradicting view points, which is the result of competition for mind space. If Apple increases the strength of their psychotronic signals, Microsoft follows suit. (While this balance diminishes the relative difference between the contradicting signals, it does not diminish the overall effect of mind control in the environment, which is only getting worse.) By only partially defeating the psychotronic subsystems in a platform, MindGuard could end up silencing one signal while letting its competing signal (presumably the one from the platform's creator) through loud and clear, which might cause erratic behavior, nerve damage, or an insane zeal to follow the signal's message beyond what even its creator desired.
Since platforms that engage in the above behavior tend to be closed sourced, it is very difficult to learn how they work in order to circumvent them (not to mention the fact that doing so is being made illegal under laws such as the DMCA). Because of this difficulty, MindGuard won't be available for closed-source, pro-mind-control operating systems any time soon.

How can I find out which Android version is on my device?
The steps to find the current android version vary by device. Below are general instructions that work for most Android devices.

Why Android?
Because Android is made of Linux Kernel. its easily available with rich features. We can not hire a processor's manufacturing company to produce Aluminium processors for our this project specific needs. What is a ROM?
A ROM is the main firmware or operating system that your device runs. Just like Windows & Linux runs on your PC, or Mac OSX runs on your Macbook, a ROM is the main software you interact with to use your device.
Can MindGuard be used to send psychotronic signals?
Technically, yes. Since MindGuard needs to generate anti-signals to cancel out the psychotronic signals being sent to you, in its normal operation it is creating psychotronic signals. However, the range of these signals is limited to the immediate vicinity of your computer so it can't be used to create a mass psychotron. Also, since MindGuard is Open Source you can be certain that it contains no subversive signals of its own.
Why does my MindGuard keep displaying decrypted signals that seem like they came from the late 1990s?
You may be experiencing psychotronic echoes caused when mind-control signals produce sympathetic vibrations in nearby aluminum ore deposits. These vibrations can linger in the deposits for years, reemitting the same old signals over and over. If you have ever visited a town where it seems everyone's fashion is stuck in some past decade, this is usually the explanation.
Do not be concerned by this. MindGuard will jam or scramble these old signals as it would fresh ones. Just count yourself lucky that you missed out on this decade's insanity.

Acquiring ”root” (Rooting) is the process of gaining total control (SuperUser) over your device. When you purchase your device, there are certain files and systems that you cannot access because they are blocked by the manufacturer. By aquiring root you gain access to these files, allowing you to modify, replace and even delete them. This allows you to take total control over how the software of your device looks and works. Debian is Linux based operating system normally for the computer, however with this port we can run it on our android devices.

I can not install Mind Guard Droid App?
Your device is set to block installation of applications not obtained from the Android Market. in Ginger Bread: tap the menu button on your home screen, then choose Settings >> Applications >> Unknown sources. in Jelly Bean: go to Settings >> Security >> check Unknown sources and you're all set. Can i use my other apps installed on my device/perform works while mind guard is running?
Yes, quit easily. Actually it can operate in background, while its running you can tap on home button anytime & do your other works without any hesitation & it will continues in background deciphering psychotronic residue & showing them in messages form and return by taping on Vnc widget. Until you do not shutdown it manually by disconnecting Vnc & typing exit in terminal. It can not decipher anything when the screen is totally turned off.
How do i increase screen time / keep screen On?
In Google play search for no screen turn off app or manuly increase screen timeout in settings.
How do i protect accidental touching, tapping on screen?
For accidental touching, typing on screen do this, While Mind Guard operating in Vnc, press menu button >> Open more >> Scaling >> fit to screen. Now your mind guard is not effected by touching or tapping anywhere on the screen & you can travel with it in your pocket or bag, if your device has hardware keyboard then you can press enter & space keys to send messages in background after reading them or menu button according to your device.
How to improve Android Performance?
Here are some quick suggestions: turn off animations & animated wallpaper, reduce screen brightness, when not using them then turn off WiFi, GPS, Data Sync, Blue tooth, Use 2G network mode instead of 3G, kill background tasks with task killer app and use any good battery saving app like juice defender or battery doctor.

- At time I haven't found any app for very large screens, to keep ON, only a portion / section of Lcd display like 1 inch from 4 inch screen and quickly changing back with shortcut key or widget.
Unable to remove SuperUser app?
If you have installed Superuser app from memory card while rooting process then you can not uninstall it. NEVER INSTALL SUPERUSER APP FROM MEMORY CARD.
SuperUser binary update error?
Install Superuser Update Fixer from Google Play Store.
If your device is not properly rooted or you have installed SuperUser app from memory card you can not update. You have to reinstall your ROM completely.
Root access not found by root checker?
Device is not rooted. Click on G to Search Google for how to root android?
Busybox binary update failure message/unable to update?
Device is not properly rooted or you have installed SuperUser app from memory card.
Busybox not found by Complete Linux installer?
Busybox is not installed. Install it from Google Play Store.
android.content.ActivityNotFoundException Error when using the boot widget or launcher menu item?
In order for the widget/button to not force close you MUST have this terminal app installed on your device:
If the terminal is included in your ROM this will not work (As it is installed in the system apps and not normal apps) so you will need to delete this and reinstall it from the market. You must also make sure you have the newest version of the terminal installed as older versions of the terminal will not work.
This project uses VNC why shouldn't I just VNC to a computer?
VNC is used to access the GUI as at the moment I have not yet implemented a native way of viewing the GUI. But the Linux distro itself is running within the phone and can be controlled via the terminal app so if your a seasoned Linux user you may never even want to use the GUI.
Vnc connection refused/Why can't I connect?
There are a number of reasons a connection to your VNC server might fail.
- Your VNC Settings/password might be entered wrong.
- Your VNC server might not support the color depth you requested. Try a different color depth (24-bit).
- Your phone might be running out of memory RAM. If Force full-screen bitmap is selected, de-select it.
What are the VNC settings?

Set the wrong Screen size?
If you have set the wrong screen size for VNC and wish to change it (and had set it as default) then go to the location of your debian.img file. Here you should find a .config file, open this with a text editor and you will find a line that relates to the screen size. Change it there then just reboot Debian.
Best settings for Android VNC Viewer?
Full 24-bit colors works well and there is no need to down step this, also input Mode is best set to touchpad as the GUI is not very touch screen friendly when its this small, Using touchpad makes the touch screen act just like the touchpad on a laptop and i find this very easy to use.
Vnc colors are like old black & white movie?
Change colors from Grey scale to 24-bit or choose most highest settings.
How do I correct debian time?
When debian time is changed then android time is also changed, when reading mind guard log file just keep in mind that the debian time is ahead or behind ...hours/minutes from your local time.
Can I use internet from debian?
Yes, disable droidwall (firewall).
Can i upgrade Debian?
No if you try to upgrade it will break the image. If so! then download a fresh copy of debian from mind guard droid website & follow install instructions to install it again.
Find Debian very laggy?
As debian is running on top android it can be quite laggy, to reduce this look at overclocking you CPU, or possibly using a ROM that is lighter (e.g a AOSP, Cyanogen ROM) and so leaves more RAM free for apps. if its due to device less ram then also try this app: Swapper for Root (DevLab Technologies) - use memory card as extra ram
What can i do with Debian besides Mind Guard?
The image comes with a range of software for example Open Office and Firefox, plus a lot of other desktop programs which mean you android devices can easily become a full computer. This converts an Android Device into full Linux computer. Current build includes the XFCE GUI and a wide range of programs and of course Mind Guard.
What i was wondering is only, hows the battery?
Really battery life not much more used than any other app running the whole time, of cause if you use the GUI none stop it will drain more but you should still get a lot of life.
How to manually check Kernel Loop support?
Type this command in terminal emulator
$ fgrep loop /proc/devices
7 loop
$
if the out put is somewhat like this (7loop) then your kernel support loop devices.

You are using a Stock Rom (the one that's shipped with your device), you need to install a custom rooted Rom.
Here are some solutions
- Type su in terminal
- Now this command. (At the end of this command is Zero not O)
setenforce 0
Replacing the stock linux shell with bash fixes this on. Would probably work here.
1) Install bash
2) change default shell in android terminal to bash (/system/xbin/bash)
3) enjoy running linux chroot in android terminal
- Navigate to this file with root explorer & delete it- Complete Linux Installer (SourceForge Version): data/data/com.zpwebsites.linuxonandroid.opensource/files/busybox (delete this busybox file)
- Complete Linux Installer (Google Play Version):
data/data/com.zpwebsites.linuxonandroid/files/busybox (delete this busybox file)
- Now do not open Complete Linux installer app or this file will be placed here again, only launch mind guard droid from home screen widget.
How to change default shell in android terminal to bash?
1) Open Bash X app & tap on Orange Install Button, Allow SuperUser access.
2) Open terminal Emulator, Tap menu button >> open preferences >> scroll down to shell
3) in command line replace with this
/system/xbin/bash
4) in Initial command replace with this
/system/xbin/su -c /system/xbin/bash

Do mind to make a (rom) backup first. Messing up build.prop can cause problems.
With build prop editor app, check your /system/build.prop

Ans: Cyanogen Mod & some other Rom's has a new "security feature" that blocks the Complete Linux Installer app from communicating with the Android Terminal Emulator app after the Android Terminal Emulator app switches to "superuser mode."In order to get Mind Guard Droid running, try typing the following command in the terminal:

- when you want to shutdown, type exit in terminal, never tap on that red stop button in left corner.

That's not a question
- Clearly you are in league with the forces of mind control and are trying to scare people away from a product that can protect them. You may be doing this of your own free will (in which case you are evil and are using MindGuard in violation of the MGPL) but it is more likely that you are yourself a victim of mind control, being instructed from above to conduct a vicious smear campaign against quality anti-psychotronic products. You should immediately don an AFDB and flush out your brain using MindGuard's DePsych to remove any of these anti-MindGuard delusions.
How to Un-install?
Remove Linux from your device is VERY easy, although you must follow the below to prevent Linux getting stuck.
- Exit Linux from the terminal by typing 'exit
- Reboot your device to be 100% sure Linux has truely shutdown and unmounted
- Natigate to the .img location and delete it
And thats it, you can then remove the app like normal and everything will be complete removed.

Complete Linux Installer Grey Screen Error ? (NEW)
When i connect to VNC, a Grey screen is showing instead of mind guard droid environment. This issue is seen on some EMUI Stock Roms.

The user followed XDA Developer Posts to Root the device & Fix Grey Screen Error : Links to XDA posts.
The user reported that his Device is rooted successfully with Kingo Android Root software on PC (conformed by root checker app), but his boot loader is still locked because the unlock code needed to install custom recovery was never sent by the Huawei Customer Service. In the First unlock code request email, answered immediately (within 2h) by the Huawei Customer Service asking the user to register on this website http://huawei.com/en (at first it does not register, server busy error, and Chinese langue, then after registering and using (logging in) for 15 days when (after 3 moths) the user gathers enough courage to send second unlock code request email, the Huawei Customer Service Replayed immediately (within 2h) but no unlock code, instead asking the user to wait for 6 moths before asking for 3rd unlock code request (email expert: with each Huawei ID should not apply for the unlock code more than twice within "Half Years"). therefore bootloader is still locked but the device is rooted.
There isn't any Custom Rom Compatible with this particular device Model (thats why Huawei Custom Support Service does not have any unlock code).
