Point Logging

• You are required to fill out the Member Information Form to confirm your Beta Club membership and log service hours

  • Must fill this out and be in the remind to get a message about membership status and Beta code

• Beta Gateway

  • 12 points each semester (1 hr=1 point)

    • Only 3 out of 12 points can be from donations

    • May log up to 5 out of 12 points from summer hours

    • Points for this semester due December 31, 2024

    • DO NOT enter any points earned so far into last year’s spreadsheet

1. Open the app and click “Member Login”. 

2. We will give you your member ID. 

3. To log hours:

• • Log in and press the yellow bar labeled “My Club Service”. 

  • Press “Log a new service”. 

  • Follow the prompts asking you to describe the point opportunity and points earned. 

  • Submit picture proof to the Google Forms that will be provided. 

As always, hours logged without picture proof will be invalid!
