Our Shop labor rate is by far the most economical in the area.  Being able to multitask and work for several clients at once I only charge for keyboard time on your machine or low flat rates.  Most virus scans and other diagnostics take time to process that I don't charge for if done in my shop.

Some people still prefer to have work done in their office and that's just fine too.  Our Field Service Rate is work completed 8:30am through 2:30pm during non-holiday weekdays. Labor is billed in quarter-hour increments.

There are also times when upgrades must happen after hours so we offer an Extended Service Rate.  That is work completed pre-5am and post-5pm weekdays, including all day during weekends and holidays. Labor is billed in half-hour increments.

Reasonable travel fees are calculated from our headquarters in Bettendorf, Iowa 52722

MillerWrks LLC was launched in Bettendorf, Iowa in May 2002. At the center of the business is an understanding of both computers and the needs of small businesses. At MillerWrks we pride ourselves on being dependable, personable, and knowledgeable.

Chad Miller is the founder. He has previously worked at John Deere Information Systems in Moline, IL; The University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City; and at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. Our staff are experienced engineers with backgrounds in designing and supporting IT infrastructure that help people get things done. MillerWrks engineers have experience with many IT systems and have earned certifications from many well known solutions providers including: Compaq, CompTIA, Dell, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Novell and Toshiba, just to name a few.
