Mikko Silliman

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Aalto University and an affiliate at the FAIR center at the Norwegian School of Economics,  CESifo and IZA. I completed my Ph.D. at Harvard University.

My research focuses on questions at the intersection of education policy and labor economics. I'm particularly interested in trying to understand how education systems and labor markets can be designed to reduce inequalities and sustain employment through changes in the nature of work.
