Since the year 1976 our industrial pipe construction business is our major business. We focus on the support the construction projects of our customers with key personnal and professionals as well as the own realization of construction projects.

The pipe construction assembly work is done by our experienced welders on the customers construction site as well as in our own clean room or workshop for the pre-assembly of pipe constructions.

Depending on the the customers requirement the welding of stainless steel is done by our orbital welders using orbital welding with state of the art technology machinery.

Beside orbital welding the common pipe assembly with a wide range of black material steel is done by our hand welders.

Pre-fabrication

In the range of Employee Assignment we agree on fixed hourly rate for our professionals. For all our professionals we carry out the required permission in unrestricted form. The hourly rate will depend on the location of the job site, qualification requirement and duration of project.

In the area of contract work our calculation is based on pipe welds or welding time calculation. All state of the art equipments, as for example TIG welding machine, orbital welding machine, orbital pipe cutting machine, will be brought along for the execution of the contract work. All construction materials, as pipes, fitting etc, will be negotiated to be supplied by us or  from the principal.

In the area of Fixed Price Assembly we offer our service based on tender documents with the complete pipe assembly calculation at disposal of the drawings, array schemes, R/I schemata and assembly operation scheduling.

In the area of pre-fabrication we offer our service as fixed-price job as well as per time counting. For our calculation we will require drawings, R/I schemata etc., pre-fabrication location (in our facility or at customers site).

All services we offer as matter of course match with the international quality requirements i.E. GMP-Directives, FDA-Conformity etc.This includes the pipe assembly work (Welding and Plant construction) as well as quality control (Endoscopy, welding joint documentation, assembly documentation). Our high quality standard is maintained constantly through our Tüv certification DIN ISO 9001:2008 and SCP certificate.
