Musician Workshop 2018

Andy Imbrie and Deby Benton Grosjean (see their complete bios) will lead separate music workshops for all skill levels on Saturday June 9, 3:30-5:00 p.m. After one hour in either the melody class or accompaniment instruments class, the two groups will meet together for one half hour. Contact Mady Newfield at 630-584-0825 or midwestscottishweekend@gmail.com if you are planning to attend and indicate your interests, instrument(s), years of experience, and background with Scottish music. A separate fee of $15 at the door (cash or check) is requested for the music workshops; you do not need to attend the Weekend or register ahead of time to participate (though advance indication is much appreciated!) The room location is the Pickard Dining Hall building (#10 on Campus Map). If there aren't sufficient numbers for two classes, all will remain in that one room.
