Can I have more than 4 people on a team? Sorry, but NO. That would give some teams an unfair advantage.
What time should we be there?
Divisions 1-5: Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026: Check in @ 5:00
Divisions: 6-10: Thrusday, July 23rd, 2026:Check in at @ 6:15 (after Children's Parade)
What do we do when we arrive? If you have already registered, please send 1 person to check in.
Can we add a 4th person and if so how much will it cost them? If you wait to add that 4th person at the last minute (If we are doing the late registrations and check-ins), then it will be $35 for that person to add them.
What if we need are looking for another player? Check our announcements page and/or our Facebook page. We will post players looking for a team there and we will take notes with a contact name and number.
What if I want to play, but don't have a team? The best we can do is just write down your name, the division you would play with, and your cell phone # and if someone asks us, we can contact you. I will also post requests for teams on this announcement page and on our Facebook page.
If there is only one player on our team that is older, can we play in the lower division? For example, we have one player that is graduated, but the others are in high school. Can we play in the high school division? No, this would get out of hand quickly, so we have to stick to the policy. The only exception is with the 30 and over. The toughest division is Division 8 so even if you are over 30, you can play DOWN or UP into that division, but under 30 cannot play in the 30 and over. Players can always play up into a tougher division even if they are younger - with the exception of people playing up in the 30 and over division who are not yet 30.
