04/24/22- On Thursday 4/28/22 & Friday 4/29/22 there will be no parking in the alleyways, the cut throughs to Brothers, and the corners of these areas on the streets (see map).  Remove all vehicles, trash cans, and other property from these areas on Wednesday night 04/27/22.  You may park on Brothers Ave, Gemini Way, and Juneau Dr.  We have permission to temporarily park in the Government Center Lot.  Do not park in the lot for the condos at 12400 Brothers.  If you have a driveway you may leave your vehicle there, but you will not be able to move your vehicle on Thursday or Friday.  Vehicles not in compliance will be towed at owner expense.  MVHA and Libs Paving will not be liable for any damage to vehicles.

02/25/2022-  After the last newsletter was distributed, MVHA received a late bid from a new lawn care provider, Turf Tenders.  This company offered to match services performed, frequency, and cost of the bid from our previous provider in addition to the re-landscaping of our HOA sign located on the corner of Juneau / Gemini as part of their bid.  Given the expressed desire of many owners to switch providers the Board of Directors voted to approve this bid for 2022.  At this time the contract has been signed with Turf Tenders and our former provider has been notified of the change.
