In today’s education system, educators are revolutionizing the way they share instructional lesson plans with each other. Long ago are the days where teachers wrote their lesson plans with a paper and pen, and made copies to share with their colleagues. Technology has transformed the old form of written work, to documents that can be created on a computer, and shared via email. The advancement of technology on the education system does not stop there. Currently teachers can send their work to colleagues allowing their documents to be shared, modified and saved using an application called Microsoft OneDrive. This application allows educators to seamlessly share and contribute on the same document, cutting worktime in half, contributing to improved deadlines and resulting in successful classrooms. This is a web-based training on Microsoft OneDrive, this training include a step-by-step guide, activities and a final assessment which will assist educators on how to use this application successfully.
