2023 June, we had a large group from Third Institute of Oceanography (TIO) under Prof Wang AiJun (sixth from right) who came here for a Scientific Meeting on Sampling Strategies. Assoc. Prof Dr Bong successfully coordinated this meeting with the help of our students and staff.
2023 June, (from left), our former M.Sc student Kyle Yang, myself, Prof Kozo Watanabe (from Ehime University), and Assoc. Prof Dr Bong. Prof Kozo is the current Ph.D supervisor for Kyle, and we are now working together on molecular microbial ecology of riverine systems. A very productive and good meeting to further accelerate our research collaboration.
