I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at Luiss Guido Carli University.

My research interests are in Corporate Finance, Empirical Banking, Fixed Income Markets, and Sustainable Finance.

My research lies in corporate finance and banking, with a focus on corporate lending markets, organizational complexity, and cross-country institutional environments. I study how firms’ organizational structures, internal capital markets, and financing choices affect investment decisions and investor wealth. In banking, I examine how regulation and resolution frameworks shape systemic risk and financial stability.
