On March 9, 2017 Karim Sadrieh and I organized an academic commemoration for Reinhard Selten who had died on August 23, 2016 at the age of 85. The commemoration took place at Goethe University Frankfurt, where Reinhard Selten had been a student in mathematics and postdoc in economics during the 1950s and 60s. Besides colleagues and friends, also members of Reinhard Selten’s family participated. Goethe University has published a documentation of the event, which is available for download. While most parts of the documentation are in German, it also includes contributions in English from Eric van Damme, Werner Güth, Peter Hammerstein, and Jörgen Weibull.
