I am an Associate Professor of Economics at the United States Military Academy at West Point and an IZA Research Fellow. I am a visiting scholar at the Consumer Finance Institute at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. I am also an invited researcher at J-PAL North America.

My research interests include the economics of education, higher education finance, economics of financial aid, defense economics, health economics, and applied microeconometrics.
