Childhood Of Mian Jaan Muhammad

Mian Anwar, the father of Mian Jaan Muhammad,belonged to village Hoakey. He was married to the daughter of a landlord of village Lawarey. On the marriage night father-in-law saw a dream that his grandson would overtake his empire and he became afraid of losing his rule .So he decided that he would not valedict his married daughter. Mian Anwar was

decree to return without his new wife. Mian Anwar demanded to have a private meeting with his wife after returning to Delhi where he started preaching islam and became a sufi saint. His demand was honoured and was permitted to meet his wife. After meeting his wife he returned back to his village.After a year he got the news of the birth of his son Mian Jaan Muhammad.

Mian Jaan Muhammad faced the hatred of his grandfather who never wished for his grandson to be educated.So he was never send to school and left him with the rakish children of the village so that he would never enlighten the purpose of his birth. He was given the islamic education by the Maulvi .After some years, Mian Anwar got seriously ill and wished his last to see his son. He was brought to Lawarey where he met his son for the first and last time and slaver him with the sophinism with which he was blessed.

The young Jaan Muhammad joined the army of Ranjeet Singh, the ruler of Punjab at that time. He was blessed with the sophinism that ran in his blood. His extreme believe in Allah Almighty provided him with great courage,valorousness and perseverance. He acompnied Ranjeet Singh in many expedition to free punjab. After some year he realised that if he died during the war in the Rangeet singh's army he will not be martyr and honoured in the muslim community, then he resigned from his job. ranjeet singh presented him a huge piece of land with respect.

After that Ranjeet and his wife moran sarkar become the followers of Mian Jaan Muhammad. Moran sarkar requested to Mian jaan Muhammad to pray for her to get the intension of the Ranjeet singh. Mian Jaan Muhammad pray for her and she get the intensions of her husband thats why she has too much respect for Mian Jaan Muhammad.

The tomb is situated in the laveri near hafizabad. This Tomb was made by Ranjeet singh and after that it is under care by Mian Faiz ul hassan's family. Being a sucessor of Mian jaan muhammad Mian Faiz ul hassan also conduct an event on the death anniversery of Mian Jaan Muhammad.
