IRAMA Study is recruiting participants!
The IRAMA (Investigation of Rest-Activity, Muscle, and Aging) study is to examine the associations among physical activity, sleep, muscle mitochondrial function, vascular health, and pain experience in older adults with chronic musculoskeletal pain. We are seeking participants who are:
· Age 60 years and older
· Experience chronic musculoskeletal pain
Participants will attend two visits at the USC Department of Exercise Science over the course of about eight weeks. They will complete questionnaires, get evaluated for muscle function and vascular health, and wear an activity watch for about eight weeks. Up to $100 will be provided for time and effort.
